This is a great gym! The coaches are knowledgeable, very friendly and they will try their best to make sure you are warmed up from getting injured. The WOD is structured for any level who can join to work out anytime. I like the concept that each member has their own workout station so you get your own space and not waste any time from getting the weights during your workout. This is not a traditional CrossFit gym that may make you feel like you are not good enough to be there. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Industrious Frisco is such a great gym. Whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to really challenge yourself or just getting into working out, the workouts are challenging and fun. Also, the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging and have been amazing with helping me perfect lifting techniques, work through or around injuries, and even with nutrition advice and encouragement to help me meet my goals.
